Contact us before returning an item
Please email info@ecofixoil.co.nz or call +64 3 970 5236 before sending anything back. Include your order details and the reason for the return so we can advise the next step.
Returns and refunds
When we receive the returned item, we will assess it and let you know the outcome. If a refund is approved, we will process it promptly using the appropriate payment method.
Return shipping
Approved refunds will include the return-shipping cost you incurred in sending the item back to us.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If an order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as practical and include photographs where helpful. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
